Passenger Space in the 2019 Chevy Equinox
The Chevy Equinox offers a passenger volume of 103.2 cubic feet, allowing for ample space for all riders to be comfortable. Back-seat passengers can enjoy 39.9 inches of leg room and 38.5 inches of head room, while front-seat riders get 40.9 inches of leg room and 40 inches of head room.

How much cargo space does the Chevrolet Equinox offer?
Now that we’ve covered the seating capacity and passenger space for the 2019 Equinox, let’s move on to the cargo area. Fortunately, the Equinox has plenty of flexibility in this area. Drivers can utilize 29.9 cubic feet of cargo space behind the second row and up to 63.9 cubic feet for cargo with the second row folded flat. It’s also worth noting that the second row is split 60/40, so owners are able to fold down part of the seat for cargo and keep the other part up for passengers.
