It feels good to get rewarded, especially when you’re rewarded for doing something that you are more than likely going to do anyway. For example, what if you could get rewarded for purchasing or leasing a vehicle? Or, better yet, what if you could get rewarded for having maintenance services performed on that vehicle? That would be one sweet deal.

Thankfully, it’s a real thing through My Chevrolet Rewards. It’s free to join and is a great way to get rewarded for taking care of your automotive needs. The more you are Chevy customer, the easier it is to stay a Chevy customer thanks in part to this rewards program.

How to Earn Points in the My Chevrolet Rewards Program

There are many ways to earn points through this program, and you’ll earn a whole bunch right up front when you purchase or lease a new Chevy vehicle. To be precise, you’ll earn 20,000 points, which is a $100 value. So, with that $100, you should have more than enough to cover your next paid oil change and tire rotation.

But, you can also earn rewards well after your vehicle purchase, too. This is done through regular maintenance visits, as well as connected services like OnStar. If you have an OnStar plan, you can earn reward points just for that. While driving a GM vehicle makes it easy to earn points, there are also opportunities for non-GM vehicle owners to earn points as well, so don’t pass up this opportunity just because of that.
