I enjoy the convenience of the separate oil change bays. The staff there are tuned to the customer experience and at the same time being very efficient about their duties.

I went in to get the sunroof seal replaced on my vehicle. I made the appointment for two weeks out. I dropped off the vehicle the night before. They didn’t get to the car to almost the end of the day. Then they called me and said to get in inspect it would cost almost $700 to confirm the cause of the leak. When I dropped the vehicle off I explained where it was leaking from and explained I wanted the new seal installed that I purchased and have the drain lines from the sunroof blown out and then test to see if it is still leaking onto the headliner of the vehicle. I said I didn’t want the inspection done and wanted them to just what I asked. The service advisor was snippy with me when I declined the inspection. He said he was going to talk to the tech and call me back, which he never did. When I called the next morning he said they installed the seal. When I asked if they tested the new seal to see if still leaks. He said no and when I asked if they tried to blow out the lines to see if there was any debris in the drain lines he also said no. At this point I am not happy with the service I was getting and did not want them to do anything else. I picked up the vehicle and went home and tested the new seal myself. The leak was fixed and I have not had water leak onto the headliner. The tech did a good job installing the seal. I gave it three stars because what I wanted done was done. I would like to have been five stars but, I did not appreciate the lack of communication with the service department.

Great experience with one exception. I had an 8:15 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got there the tech told me they don’t take appointments, it’s first come first served. My question is why have appointments available on line when it doesn’t get you in any sooner? There may be 5 cars lined up for oil changes and you having an appointment is useless!

Great service , but my gm reearfs points still aren't adding. Ive contacted gm and been given the run around for mths, talked to dealer as well and still not adding. Very disappointed in program for loyal customers. Truck was bought and always serviced thru gm dealership, and the rewards points are a big perk when they actually get added. When digging into it my points haven't been regularly added for a few yrs now, they have gave me small amounts of points a few times, but nowhere near what I've actually earned

The guys are very efficient and friendly and I know Im overdue for tires and the tech let me know I needed some and that they were having a sale in October. I had a recall on my vehicle. I made an appointment online (easy) and arrived a day early! They said they could still address the issue and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

It seemed to take a while to get wipers to be replaced on my car.

I started for a car last year spring of 2025 would it make it happen Ally kept in touch with me and when I was ready, I reached out to her and she put me in contact with Sean. It took three weeks but they got me in the deal. I am extremely satisfied with Ally and Sean

I walked in to the dealership and said I need 4 new tires for my equinox. Kayle said ok we can fix you right up. He checked what I had and asked what kind of tire I wanted. I said ones that are not noisy and ride smooth and are good in rain and snow. He said they didn't carry them in the store but could get them for me. I said call when you have them and can put them on for me. He called I went in and within 1/2 hour I was good to go. No hassle, the exact price he quoted me and they are very quiet. I am very pleased with the new tires.

Got to the point, everything was good people were helpful.

I have a fleet vehicle through Wheels. When I take it into a shop for scheduled routine maintenance, i normally receive an oil change, air filter check, top off of fluid and occasionally a tire rotation. I told the service tech at my window that i had a wheels fleet car and offered him the paperwork from wheel on what needed to be done. he explained that all he needed to do was plug in his scanner. the only thing they did was change the oil and oil filter. then he tried to have me pay for the service. I again explained that I don't pay for it, that it was a wheels fleet vehicle. about 5 minutes late he handed me a receipt. why dont they know how to handle fleet vehicles and what wasnt the air pressure checked, fluids topped off or the air filter not checked? the last time I was there, the service was completed just fine with all checks completed but the service was never reported to Wheels showing it was done and they were never billed.

Needed my 2019 Chevy silverado looked at for squeaking under the hood. Service manager Dan got me in next day. It was the waterpump pulley failing. They took care of everything with 2 new belts and new coolant. Dan got me a ride home from Graff instead of waiting the few hours for repair. I would like to Thank Carter who drove me home and also picked me up back to Graff to pick up truck when it was complete. Thank you to the tech mechanic for the repair and Dan service manager and Carter for their time and help getting the truck repair....Thank you, all real pros.

I came in for an oil change and new wiper blades. Afternoon having the 18 inch wiper blade in your inventory (at the oil change area), you sent your man to parts to get the blade. He came back 10 minutes later with the wrong blade. So back he went to parts, 10 minutes later I was informed that you were out of that blade but someone was going to go get one , it would be about 10 minutes. o minutes later they arrived with the blade.It was installed and I was charged $75 for blades. $25 more for having to go get the 18 inch blade. This seems excessive.

The tire promo was great, Kayle kept me informed of what was going on and very clearly explained that my brakes were in good shape but I did need a control arm.

Only one bay was open for oil changes however there was a truck with no tires sitting in the other bay not being worked on with an hour long back up. I would’ve found a way to move that vehicle to accommodate customers that we’re waiting.

While I was treated very well by the dealership, including the General Manager, the issue I have with my 6.2L engine installed in June of 20222, which was an affected engine and should have been part of the recall effort is being considered otherwise by General Motors. It looks like GM doesn’t care about its customer base once it profits from a sale. I am very upset about this and am weighing my options.

Josh was great, everything was done over the phone. Just had to come in and sign which I really appreciated the time it saved me. The service department was also very first putting on the running boards.

Brought in my own oil and filter. My 26 RS AWD requires 5.3 quarts, tech put in 5 and a half. Not good. Another tech told me to say something about own oil next time before plugging in his device under my steering wheel. I purchased my vehicle with you but won't be coming back. It was the oil change facility! I went for an oil change and tire rotation and they said they could not rotate my tires because they are different sizes! I responded that this is my third Camero and I don’t believe that to be true at all (all tires are the exact same size) but they never checked them fir size and did not rotate them. Upon completion of the oil change I asked if I had a free one the young man still in the facility said I’m not sure but never looked to see (I had $61 in My Chevy account that could have been used) but at least he was inside the others were out vaping. I paid full price. I have purchased that last two cars at Graff Durand and my husband has purchased two trucks there as well. I gave them another chance to address my issues by calling the next day and the manager Josh was awful on the phone and responded “I don’t know why they did not do these things I was not here last night” not I’m sorry to hear this or any other apology. I would normally not fill this out but this experience was terrible even if it is the oil change facility it has really made me question if I return to either the dealership or this oil change facility! Disgusted customer🤨

Service was Great ! But the price for Mobil ! oil change is ridiculous ! 18 dollars for a Quart !!!! just because your pushing GM oil. My truck has ran Mobil 1 since new, just trying to prevent the lifter failure that should have never have been . Will start doing my own oil changes from now on>

I actually worked for several car dealerships before and had been talk to of the guys I use to work with and my daughter wanted to stop at Graff after work. We did and the Steve was so helpful and not pushy that I ended up buying from him.

Had to wait 3 weeks for a part for fuel injector pump, they said 1 to 2 days. Unless someone forgot to call me when it came in. Was replaced within an hour after I came in.

My vehicle is leaking some sort of fluid, your service department failed to locate it and then did not perform the additional services requested.

Oil change/tire rotation. 2022 Colorado. They always put the oil in too fast on this engine and it triggers my engine light to go on for several days. So irritating. It is a known problem with this engine. Oil change guys have told me this several times yet they still do it.

Came to dealership to get an oil change and tire rotation. The young man measured the tread on my tires and told me to save myself a little holiday money as I did not need the rotation done with this visit. How many places actually do this any more!!!

Steve Brown absolutely nailed it from start to finish in helping us land our new 2026 Chevrolet Silverado-2500 HD ZR2. I knew exactly what I wanted, but nothing was available locally near Grand Rapids. Our family knows GM products and owns 3 Chevy vehicles. As the mom in the family-I love all the research when it comes to vehicles. Dealership after dealership, I told them exactly what I was looking for: 2026 Cypress Gray Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD gas ZR2-multi-flex tailgate with dark essentials package. I was told there was nothing within 200 miles of my location-then I saw the Graff dealership website. They had the exact truck with everything on the wish list-and more! I called the dealership and Steve Brown was on it from the get go-the day after Christmas! By the end of the day on December 26th, the deal was locked in. Steve was literally the most organized, responsive, knowledgeable, low key cool sales rep we have had in a long time. The Cypress Gray was somewhat rare in the ZR2 to find, so others were inquiring about it right alongside of me-but Steve said I called first so it was mine if I wanted to proceed. All the paperwork was effectively/efficiently/accurately done by Steve-so when we drove an hour and a half to pick it up-we literally were handed the keys! He hopped in the back seat while we hopped in the front and he told us exactly what we needed to know. Steve mentioned he liked the Cypress Gray color too- and that the ZR2 was a cool choice-come to find out he owns the exact same truck we purchased-so he also has great taste along with all his outstanding character--work qualities! He is now working on a used or lease option for my son. Nothing is too difficult for Steve. Clearly he is a huge asset to Graff-and one that we will directly go to in the future! With huge gratitude to Steve!

They were friendly and got the job done quickly.

Service was excellent, however, the problem with the radio cutting out still exists. I understand I will have to wait for further updates from GM to resolve the issue.

I went in for service on the infotainment system on my 2025 Silverado. Seems to be more than me experiencing this issue. Standing by and waiting for a fix.
