At Hank Graff Durand, our body shop manager, Howard Higham, has been in the body shop business for more than 3 decades. With so much time invested in the industry, Howard is an expert in all things collision. Howard is able to share this expertise with our customers and body shop technicians, whom he also encourages to value honor and integrity in their work everyday.

With Howard at the helm, our Collision Center operates business fairly and openly by keeping our customers informed and educated. We want you to understand the collision repair process, which is why we will happily sit down with you to explain the process.

When you choose the Graff Durand Collision Center, we keep you informed by contacting you throughout the process to let you know how your vehicle is doing. This lets you know exactly how long the repair will take and exactly when you’ll be back on the road. Additionally, if your repair is going to take a few days, we’ll give you a FREE loaner car if your insurance doesn’t cover one.

At our Collision Center in Durand, we stand behind our work 100 percent. We are confident in the repair work that we do and we know that our standards are higher than most. We also believe in doing what we can to be environmentally friendly. To do our part, we use water borne paint on all of our vehicles. We were the first to test water borne paint over 9 years ago, and we have continued to see success with it since then. Today, we are proud to say we are the only vehicle repair facility that has a water borne spray booth in the Flint, Durand, and Lansing areas!
